BAKERY POLICIES

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION

    • Orders are not confirmed until your quote has been accepted and the required deposit has been received.

  • PAYMENT POLICY

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup or delivery.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations made 14 or more days before pickup/delivery may transfer the deposit to future orders (within 90 days).

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will forfeit the refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations within 72 hours of the pickup/delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as your order has already been prepared.

  • CHANGES TO ORDERS

    • Design changes are accepted up to 5 days before your event.

  • PICK-UP POLICY

    • Once your order has been picked up, Lucky and Severus Bakery Co. is no longer responsible for any damage to the product.

  • DELIVERY POLICY

    • We proudly offer delivery throughout Austin, TX, and its surrounding areas, including San Antonio, TX.

    • Local delivery (within Austin, TX): $10

    • Delivery to San Antonio, TX: $25

    • An adult must be present to receive the order. If no one is available at the scheduled delivery time, additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is requested.

    • Please ensure someone is available to promptly transport the order indoors, especially during hot or inclement weather.

    • Large or tiered cakes may require a stable, level surface for setup. If requested, setup at the delivery location is available for an additional fee.

  • REFUND POLICY

    • Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available once an order has been completed.

  • ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

    • Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • DESIGN POLICY

    • Inspiration photos are used as a guide. While we strive to create a design with a similar style and feel, every cake is handcrafted and will not be an exact replica of another artist’s work.

  • STORAGE & CARE

    • Cake and cupcakes should be refrigerated when not being consumed, but should be taken out to thaw up to 2 hours before the event.

    • Sourdough loaves should be stored at room temperature.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

    • We love showcasing our creations! Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to photograph completed orders for our portfolio and social media.

  • WEATHER AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

    • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that make fulfillment unsafe or impossible, we will work with you to reschedule or discuss available options.
